1. San Juan Island Food Heroes Celebration at the SJI Grange (152 First Street)
Friday 5-8pm
Fun night with a sneak peek of the new Island Grown film featuring dozens of San Juan County farmers. Enjoy small plate appetizers as a fundraiser benefitting the new Overmarsh Farm Commons increasing local access to local food. Appetizer plates and introduction to community farm resilience, 5-6. Film shows at 6pm. Drawing for local grown products featured in the film at 6:30pm. Sponsored by the Ag Guild, Conservation District, Makers Guild, SJI Grange, and the Friday Harbor Film Festival.

2. The Farm at Krystal Acres (3501 West Valley Road)
Friday & Saturday 11am- 4pm
Farm open 11-4 for self-guided visits, alpaca feeding and farm store shopping. There will be an 1pm guided tour each day for a deeper dive into what alpaca farming and fiber farming is about.

Alpaca yoga class led by our very own Jess Rush. Sign up on the Krystal Acres website. $40. Weather dependent!

3. Amaro Farm (44 Amaro Farm Road)
Friday- Sunday 11am - 4pm
Sheep and Mini Cow Tour $15 per person. Meet and greet the livestock. Learn about the different breeds, their upkeep and their role on the farm. Find out about the farm's upbreeding program, protecting rare livestock breeds. Take photos with and feed the livestock.

4. Madrone Cellars & Ciders (862 Valley Farms Road)
Friday - Sunday 11am - 4pm
Experience our award winning Island Grown wine, cider, and natural seltzers called piquette! We are offering tastings for $15 and free tours of the farm and Animal Sanctuary.

5. Aurora Farms (652 No2 Schoolhouse Road)
Friday- Sunday 10am- 5pm
Daily self-guided tours, or guided tours daily at 11am Friday and Saturday. Meet the farm animals, explore greenhouses and visit our farm store for pastured meats and produce. Donations are always appreciated for our regenerative agriculture education program. Farm stand open 10am-5pm daily.

Join Archipelago Winery for a Garden Party. Bring your curiosity and learn about all things winemaking here in the islands. Don’t come looking for average, however. Archipelago wines are unlike any you’ve had. Then, Sip Local while you tour the gardens. $15 tastings and FREE pairing suggestions!

Saturday 1-5pm
Learn-Eat-Play-Drink featuring Seagate Farm: A fun-filled afternoon of Mexican inspired roasted pork nachos, and fresh pressed cider! John Latimer of Seagate farm will be joining us with a cider pressing and educational demo. Cash or venmo for food; cider sips are FREE! Medicinal salves, tinctures & bath salts. This is the workshop you all have been asking for- We will explore growing practices here in the PNW, engage in demonstrations on how to harvest, prepare, store, and mix herbs and flowers in many ways for home remedy products- Samples to enjoy and take home too! $65 each; cash or venmo; handouts/pdf/recipes included for each participant-limited to 25. 7. Mini More Farm (198 Hudson Way)
Saturday 9am-3pm
Self guided tours including sheep, dairy goats and chickens. Goat milk soap available for purchase. Live edge cedar slabs and benches also available.

8. Sweet Earth Farm (16 Sweet Earth Lane)
Saturday 10am- 4pm
Self-guided tours and apple and pear tasting available throughout the day. Guided tours offered at 11 am and 1pm. The Grange's cider press will be available to make fresh cider either using your apples, or ones purchased at our farm stand.

9. Saturn's Return Farm + Inn (2687 West Valley Road)
Saturday 3pm
Join us for a guided tour of our diversified farm in its second season: a no-till market garden, trial orchard of fruit and nut trees, laying hens, visiting sheep from Oak Knoll Farm on pasture, and riparian restoration in collaboration with the Conservation District and Kwiaht. Free.

Saturday 3-5pm
Stay for Apero Hour with Niccolo Coturri and Tess Bryant, local winemakers who work exclusively with fruits grown in the Salish Sea region to make fresh, delightful natural wines. A casual outdoor tasting and get-together, no reservations needed. Wine by the glass & island snacks a la carte

Sunday 3pm
Dinner will be cooked by local winemakers, Nic and Tess. The meal will celebrate peak harvest time here on the islands: Nic will be cooking bountiful vegetables from our market garden and local lamb from Oak Knoll Farm over the fire, and Tess will be baking bread and spinning ice cream for the occasion.
