All events are free and require no registration, unless otherwise noted. Details will be posted here as they are confirmed with farmers.
4th Seed, 285 Nordstroms Lane
Friday & Saturday, noon- 4pm
Visit our historic 40-acre farm where we are implementing diversified farming practices to restore healthy soils and watersheds for fiber, dye plant, and tea production. Take informal tours of the young tea beds and learn the process of cultivating the Camellia sinensis plant into a variety of green and black teas. See how conservation agriculture is being introduced through water management and the plantings of hundreds of native tree seedlings and shrubs. Visit our Clun Forest sheep, an endangered breed managed through intensive rotational grazing. Step into the barn where our dye plants, wool, and tallow are processed into colorful yarns, candles, garden pellets, and more. "The Wooly Homestead” farm store will be open both days, where Mandy Troxel will be demonstrating her art of felting wool.
Kaj Dawg Farm, 141 Cadden Lane

Kaj Dawg Farm is a community endeavor. Rooted on the land of Kaj Enderlein, the farm started over a decade ago as a small group of like- minded friends with a belief in local food security, agricultural education, and commitment to laughter, learning, and communal bounty. And we're still here! Each participating family pays a share of production costs in addition to approximately 6 hrs a week of labor. We grow for fresh seasonal produce, storage crops, and overwintering for spring. Stop by the farm on Saturday from 9am to 2pm for informal farm tours all day. Home baked bread, farm grown/made cucumber pickles, and several other snacks to taste the harvest. Plenty of parking. Please drive slowly down Cadden Lane and be mindful of the speed bumps.
Lum Farm, 1071 Crow Valley Road
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 12- 5pm
Visit our Farmstand featuring artisan meats, cheeses, goat's milk ice cream, and wool products all produced on the farm. Free self guided tours and goat therapy petting zoo during open hours; On Friday and Saturday sample goat’s milk cheese and ice cream from our dairy. Saturday offers tours of our dairy operation, and on Sunday at 1pm it’s all about wool: Sheep shearing demonstrations with Orcas Island Shearing, demos of our wool processing equipment, and fiber artist Mandy Troxel showcasing her felted wool paintings, all highlighting the incredible versatility of natural fiber. Join us for free Guided Tours at 11am and 3pm. Learn about the history, mission and growing practices at our biointensive, regenerative market garden. Plants and produce will be available for sale.

Join us for the indoor Fall market in the public school cafeteria! Come start stocking your cozy Fall and holiday local goods. Our Fall indoor market will continue in the school cafeteria until Saturday, November 21st. 10am-2pm. We are still accepting Fall vendor applicants.

Join us for a fun filled weekend at the farm. Pick a flower bouquet for $25, take photos in the beautiful fall blueberry foliage, stock up on wool pellets and bulbs. Brian will also be giving a guided farm tour both days at 1 pm.

We’re open from sunup to sundown. Wander the gardens, explore the farm at your own pace, and experience a little slice of farm life on Orcas Island. Stop into our self-serve farm stand for freshly harvested vegetables and flowers, farm-made candles and ceramics, and our Little Farm Soap Co. collection of small-batch skincare and handcrafted soaps. Take your time, enjoy what’s blooming, and head into the gardens to You Pick your own bouquet to take a little piece of The Little Farm home with you. Come for the farm stand. Stay for the flowers, gardens, and the experience.

Tour our West Field Market Garden through the guidance of our hands-on “Farm Friends” CSA participants, who grow with us from seed to harvest. Explore the Summerhouse farm-to-bottle perfumery and surrounding scent garden on a self-guided tour, and visit our three farm shops—Barn Swallow Vintage, Warm Valley Farm Stand, and Summerhouse Perfume Studio. Browse several local artists’ booths. Stock up on our cut flowers, locally grown seeds, specialty teas, delicious picnic provisions, Lum Farm ice cream and cheese, artisan crackers, heritage pork, grass-fed lamb, and unique farm treasures and garden accents. We’ll be pressing fresh apple cider! Interested in becoming a “Farm Friend”? We’re seeking new participants for the 2027 farm season.
