Bonnie Brook, 631 W Beach Road

Sunday 11am- 4pm

Take a stroll from the Art Barn into our heritage orchard, where history lives in the trees. Explore the story of Bonnie Brook Farm through old photographs and shared memories, then enjoy a special tasting of handcrafted goods from Girl Meets Dirt alongside their apple wine made from fruit grown right here in our orchard. Parking by Art Barn.

​Fir Peace Farm, 137 Byrle Hall Road

Saturday 10am-4pm 

Fir Peace Farm gives land owners, neighbors and plant experts the chance to grow their own food and help meet the goals of San Juan County's Food System Plan by reducing dependence on food imported to Orcas Island.  Come learn how you and your neighbors can work with land owners and local growers to develop productive and sustainable foodraising. Meeting for landowners interested in lending garden space at 11 am; meeting for neighbors interested in donating labor at 2 pm. All are welcome for self guided tours from 10am- 4pm.

Kaj Dawg Farm (KDF), 141 Cadden Lane

Saturday, 12-4pm

Kaj Dawg Farm is the original Farm in the former OCPA (Orcas Community Participatory Agriculture) network. This year, we are independent, growing crops ranging from greens to grains for 11 member households. Our Farm Tour day is a regular work shift, so from 9 until around noon you'll see us in action as we catch up from a bountiful summer harvest, and ready the farm for Fall. We'll be offering small bites from farm grown ingredients, Tulsi tea, and a display of foods preserved from this season's harvest, or grown specifically for winter storage.  Farm members will be on site after our shift until 4 pm to give tours and answer questions. We look forward to seeing you!

Lum Farm, 1071 Crow Valley Road

Friday- Sunday, 12pm- 5pm

Visit our Farmstand featuring artisan meats, cheeses, goat's milk ice cream, wool products and fiber art, all produced on the farm. Free self guided tours and goat therapy petting zoo during open hours; On Friday and Saturday sample goat’s milk cheese and ice cream from our dairy. Saturday offers tours of our dairy operation, and on Sunday at 1pm there will be sheep shearing demonstrations with Orcas Island Shearing.

Orcas Farm, 120 Byrle Hall Road*

Saturday 10am- 4pm

Join us for free Guided Tours at 11am and 3pm. Learn about the history, mission and growing practices at our biointensive, regenerative market garden. Plants and produce will be available for sale. â€‹*Please note, typing "Orcas Farm" in Google Maps will take you to the incorrect location. Instead, type out "120 Byrle Hall Road".

Orcas Island Farmers Market, 203 North Beach Road

Saturday, 10am- 2pm

Join us for the first indoor Fall market of the year in the public school cafeteria! Come start stocking your cozy Fall and holiday local goods. Our Fall indoor market will continue in the school cafeteria until Saturday, November 22nd. 10am-2pm. We are still accepting Fall vendor applicants.

Tekla Farm, 5320 Orcas Road

Saturday- Sunday, 10am-4pm

Pick your own flowers and herbs from our flower field. Various container sizes available starting at $25. Learn about our favorite flower crop ranunculus, how to grow it in your garden, and purchase from our bulb stock. Watch a wool pelletizing demonstration and purchase a bag for your fall garden amending. 

 

 

The Little Farm on Olga Road, 325 Olga Road

Friday and Saturday, 10am - 5pm

Sunday 11am - 3pm

The Little Farm on Olga Road offers a glorious cutting garden and farm stand stocked with bouquets and fall veg as well as The Little Farm Soap Company’s tallow-based organic skincare.  Visitors can You Pick flowers and fall vegetables or simply enjoy walking the gardens, collect fresh eggs, feed the fish in the farm’s pond stocked with rainbow koi, and enjoy the farm’s Frenchie welcoming committee, Frankie, Alfie and Lolly.  For the Orcas Farm Tour, Carol will offer a guided farm tour at 10:00am and a bouquet making demo at noon, both Friday and Saturday.
